Q : How long does it take till I get my purchase?

A : We will deliver you next day of your order.

Q : How do I cancel an order?

A : You can click “Cancel of subscription” at the bottom of your Newsletter email, then proceed to cancel.

Q : I haven’t gotten the order receipt email.

A : Order receipt email will send you automatically from our online shop when your order was completed.
*Please check your Spam or Trash folder on your email. There is a chance that the email from us will go to those folder automatically. Set up to be able to get mails from us; @halehaleomiyage.com, on your Email software.

Q : Can I return my purchase?

A : You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the items delivery by e-mail. We don’t accept return or exchange after you leave Hawaii. Please make sure if the items are correct and no defect.

【Process of returning and exchange】
We will pick up the items at your place in Hawaii. Please write following list in your email and send to return@halehaleomiyage.com within 7 days from receiving the items.

 

  • Your Name
  • The Hotel Name or Address in Hawaii
  • Pick up date and time
  • Items name
  • Reason you want to return or exchange
  • Order number(It’s in the email that we sent you after your purchase)

*Following items are not able to return or exchange.

 

  • If the purchased person left Hawaii already.
  • The items passed 7 days after purchase.
  • Used items.
  • Except when you return the items with defect, the items with break or lacking of items, package and accessories.
  • When purchased person and received person are different.

A : If you forget your email address and password, please register one more time.
